Dont Take Our Word For It!

We have lived here since November and have been absolutely blown away! The price, location, amenities, community, pet friendly-ness, safety, etc. Coming from a resort-feeling apartment in Utah, we truly thought we would be needing to make sacrifices to live in Washington – but boy were we wrong!! This apartment makes our last living situation seem like a hostile! We could not be happier here. 

We did a shorter 5 month stay at Atlas, and even though it was short, the staff made it immediately feel like we had lived there forever. My wife spent many hours looking for the right apartment and the right layout with the staff and they were happy to help find the perfect one. The staff is the best we have experienced at an apartment complex, and the regular community events they put on are a great way to enjoy some food and friends on a regular basis. Move in and move out was straight forward with no unexpected surprises. We highly recommend Atlas for high quality apartments, security, and an amazing staff. They have a very large variety of layouts, many that are unique and different than others we have visited and checked into. Thanks Atlas.

Atlas is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Apartments are new and clean. Gym is spacious and offers many options for working out. The monthly gatherings are very well organized and a great way to meet your neighbors.

Lovely Apartment with best features and close by walk-able to all stores and shopping. Luxurious apartment neatly maintained. Fun, games and happy hour are exiting. House keeping and maintenance are highly professional in their works.

Great staff everyone help me anytime I called or stopped in. Very comfortable environment. This is been my 1st move in tens years and needless to say I needed my hand held though this process. Thank you to the entire staff!! you guys are awesome!

Staff at Atlas is super friendly and responsive. They care about making this a home for you and not just getting your money. Location is bomb. I love being able to walk to my favorite coffee shop every day! Also shopping, groceries, restaurants, and parks all walking distance. The units are huge with high ceilings and nice square footage. The floor is solid and not easily marked up. I love the floor to ceiling windows, too! Overall an awesome place to live.
